This complimentary 20-minute consultation is your first step towards achieving your fitness goals. We'll use this time to get to know each other, discuss your past training history, and understand what you hope to accomplish. I’ll explain my hybrid training approach and answer any questions you have about my "Learn to Lift" programs, fat loss, muscle building, and sports performance training.
